M.Nosherwan provides Shopify growth consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Shopify PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign management
  • Listing optimization and SEO
  • A+ Content design and implementation
  • Brand strategy and growth consulting
  • Product launch strategies

3. Client Obligations

As a client of my services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and products.
  • Grant necessary access to your Shopify seller account for service delivery.
  • Maintain open communication and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Make payment according to agreed terms and schedules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is my intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without my prior written consent.

Any strategies, frameworks, or methodologies I develop remain my intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables within their own business operations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Consulting Retainers: Due on the 1st of each month
  • Project Work: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • All fees are quoted in USD

6. Refund Policy

I am confident in the quality of my services. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of service delivery to discuss concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." I cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, sales figures, or other results as Shopify's algorithms and marketplace conditions change frequently.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business strategies, and trade secrets shared during the engagement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
